The Sandy High School music programs brought some holiday cheer to the other schools in the district shortly before winter break. On Friday, Dec. 5, the school's Symphonic Choir, Pionaires (an acapella group), Wind Ensemble and Jazz Ensemble visited Cedar Ridge Middle School, Boring MIddle School and Welches School, while the Pionaires continued on their own to Firwood Elementary, Sandy Grade School, Kelso Elementary and Naas Elementary on Tuesday, Dec. 9. The music brought smiles and cheers from students and staff throughout the district!

• The Wind and Jazz Ensembles will have a free concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 10, at Sandy High School.
• The Pionaires and Symphonic Choir will perform at the Grotto in Portland at 6 p.m. Friday, Dec. 12 (there is an admission charge).
• The Concert Choir, Symphonic Choir and Pionaires will have a free holiday concert at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 17, at Sandy High School.
